Job Description

Under general direction, participates as high-level technical expert in design development, coding, testing, and debugging new software or significant enhancements to existing software. Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and develops specifications to resolve them. Resolves customer complaints and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Participates in the development of software user manuals. May act as team leader on less complex projects. Assists in training less experienced software development staff

Job Summary

Duties/Responsibilities: Adapts functional business requirements and processes to technical solutions based upon comprehensive enterprise application solution sets. Enterprise resource planning and management processes, including but not limited to: knowledge management, investment analysis, data warehousing, e-commerce, return on investment analysis, human resource analysis, material management and logistics, supply chain management, procurement, ordering, manufacturing, decision support, and information dissemination. This is Sr. Technical Architect position • Produce Technical Architect Documentation that typically includes the following: o Conceptual Technical Models o Platform Requirements o Performance Requirements o Dependability Requirements o Security Requirements o Operational Requirements o Integration and Interface Requirements o Project Infrastructure Requirements o Technical Resource Training Plan o Batch Infrastructure Requirements o Disaster Recovery Plan o Performance Testing Approach o Technical Infrastructure Processes o Roles and Responsibilities for Technical Resources • Technical Infrastructure Sizing, Management and Quality Assurance Reviews o Hardware Sizing Review o Conceptual Solution and External Design Reviews o Interface Design Reviews o Upgradeability • Technical Liaison with Projects • Technical Liaison with Oracle Product Group • Performance Test Plan/Benchmark Plan • Technical Infrastructure Implementation Plan • Technical Infrastructure Operational Transition Plan

Desired Profile

Qualification: • Excellent understanding of Java script, Oracle OUAF, Fusion Middleware and Oracle product architecture and infrastructure components • Hands on experience with Oracle SOA Suite, BPEL, OSB, Java, JEE, Web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XSD, XML, JSON, XSLT, XPATH, XQUERY, JMS, SOAP UI and XML Spy • Strong experience with Oracle 12c database including PL/SQL and/or Java/UNIX scripting • Ability to document development standards and specifications related to the integrations required for project • Oracle Customer Care and Billing(CC&B) Implementation experience is must for this position (Sr. Technical Architect) Selection Criteria: • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field. • 10+ years of working experience with Large Enterprise implementations of ERP. • Should have actively worked on a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations with detailed functional knowledge in at least two functional modules and an understanding the business and technical integration issues associated with those modules. • Capable of leading medium sized teams of 7-12 resources and able to deliver solutions with minimal guidance.
